it means to be in the midst of those things
and
still be calm in your heart.

We're more than halfway through our 31 Days and I wanted to remind us, including myself, why we're doing this. It's not so much about getting away from it all, although you probably will discover things in your life that you need to lay down. But, it's about finding peace in normal everyday life.
So, breathe.
